Membership Requirement
You must have a minimum of three years experience in your
particular trade and be licensed and insured. You must have a
proven track record of customer satisfaction. In order for you to
continue as a member of the network, you must maintain a customer
satisfaction rating of at least 95%, based on surveys completed
by the customers you have served through our program.

We contact all homeowners by telephone to make sure everyone is on the same page. In our discussion with the customer we make sure they understand that this is a free service for them. We confirm project details and the forward the lead discription to you contractors. You pick the ones you want to bid, pay the small fee and you get the job details by email. Simple - Cheep - Fast
